At Mira Wear, we prioritize ethical production, paying close attention to the origins of our materials, the methods of dyeing and their ecological impact. Our collections are crafted in small, yet sufficient quantities and we use primarily linen, one of the most sustainable materials in the world. This fabric grow stronger over time, thanks to the unique structure of the fibers woven into it. We collaborate with as many local partners as possible to support sustainable manufacturing practices.

Our mission is to value fashion, wear it for the long term and live with less, but higher quality. At Mira Wear we believe that style should not be a compromise between aesthetics and sustainability and we strive to create garments that reflect this philosophy. 

 

Founder

 

After completing a BA Degree in Fashion design, Mira Crosby moves to the United States from her home country Bulgaria. She previously lived in the capital of fashion Milan and studied abroad in Perugia, Italy, where she refined her skills and gained invaluable experience. In the summer of 2021 she gathered all her experience and courage to launch Mira Wear Inc on Cape Cod. She still sews herself a big part of the collections. Because she believes in the power of craftsmanship, in the energy she pours into every stitch and in the unique feeling each garment brings when worn.
